Quality Management

Our Group-wide Quality Management System (QMS), conforms to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, allows us to be adaptive and responsive. Our QMS includes on-line quality manuals, operational procedures and policies available to all staff. Written confirmation of compliance with policies is obtained from all staff at induction with formal appraisals conducted at least annually. We meet all relevant state and federal legislative requirements and hold all necessary insurance.

Risk Management

Sarina Russo White House has an established management framework including a comprehensive risk management process. Our effective risk management strategies ensure the minimisation of negative impacts on our stakeholder’s interests.


Sarina Russo White House is committed to Learning & Development programs, providing comprehensive induction, training and support. We provide formal face-to-face and informal training to continually develop our staff and regular ongoing training in commercial cleaning, best practice and a greater awareness of WHS factors. Where applicable our cleaners will be trained to Certificate III Cleaning Operations with supervisor and operations management staff being trained to Certificate IV in Cleaning Management.

Environmental Management

Sarina Russo White House is committed to environmental care. We ensure the chemicals we use in environmental relevant activities meet the Green Seal standard and VOC rating required to comply with environmental policies. We maintain an inventory of consumables, linked to an e-purchasing system allowing our consumption to be monitored monthly.
